Showcase Designs is an SEO and web design studio based in Tucson, Arizona. We provide one-time SEO reviews, SEO launch pages, ongoing SEO services, and separately scoped custom website work.

What We Collect
When you fill out a contact or review-request form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name
- Email address
- Business name and primary service need
- Website or Google Business Profile URL
- Service area
- Service or offer interest, including an SEO Audit and Roadmap, SEO Launch Page, Local Growth, Competitive Growth, custom website work, or an undecided request
- Your message and any other information you include
Our forms also record attribution details when available, including UTM campaign parameters, the landing-page URL, and the referring page. These details help us understand how an inquiry reached the site.
Technical and Usage Data
When you visit the site, our hosting, security, analytics, and form-processing providers may automatically process standard technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, cookie or similar identifiers, and security or diagnostic logs. We do not use device fingerprinting or advertising pixels.
How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide a requested review, assess service fit, prepare a proposal, communicate about potential or active work, and maintain necessary business records. We use attribution and usage data to measure inquiries, improve the site, protect it from misuse, and understand which outreach or marketing sources are useful.
We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or make decisions about you using solely automated profiling.
Form Processing
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your form data and standard request data pass through its systems and are forwarded to us by email. Our email provider then stores and delivers the inquiry. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and measure actions such as page views, contact-form submissions, and campaign visits. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process your IP address, approximate location, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring source, and interaction events. Google provides aggregated reports to us and handles the underlying data under its own privacy terms.
You can limit analytics by blocking cookies in your browser or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site currently does not use advertising trackers or behavioral advertising. It also loads Google-hosted font files, which may cause Google to receive standard connection data such as your IP address and browser information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only as needed to providers that support this site and our communications, including FormSubmit.co, our hosting and security providers, our email provider, Google Analytics, and Google-hosted fonts. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.
No scheduling platform is currently integrated with this website. If one is added, we will update this policy before collecting booking information through it.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and attribution records for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records may be kept for the engagement and afterward as reasonably needed for contracts, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or the signed services agreement. Security logs are retained for the period set by the applicable hosting or security provider. Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account and Google's own retention rules.
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or keep only aggregate or de-identified information that is no longer reasonably linked to you. You may request deletion sooner, subject to records we must keep for legal, accounting, security, or contractual reasons.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of a sale or certain sharing of personal information, although we do not sell personal information
- Exercise your rights without discrimination

Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we may also note the update on our homepage.
