The 90-Day Growth Roadmap is $750 for an existing site. If you begin ongoing SEO within 30 days, the full $750 is credited toward your Foundation Sprint. The Starter Website + SEO Setup is $500 for a new business that needs one standardized page with SEO foundations. Larger or more complex scopes are quoted separately.

Founding clients have the Foundation Sprint waived and start at the standard $1,250 per month, so nothing is due before the first month; seven founding places remain, and when they are gone the sprint is charged as normal. Competitive Growth begins with a $1,750 Foundation Sprint and continues at $2,500 per month. The six-month initial retainer term begins after the sprint handoff.
Ownership and transfer are defined in the accepted proposal and signed services agreement. Paid final custom deliverables can transfer to the client, while pre-existing frameworks, reusable builder components, and third-party licenses remain separate.
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Local SEO support improves the foundation and the signals you can control, but rankings are not guaranteed, and results require your participation with reviews, fresh photos, accurate business details, and proof of completed work.
